Our boneless tender turkey breast has been rolled and is a fantastic roasting joint for the special occasion. It is incredibly tasty and with it being boneless it is easy to carve. Like all our roasting joints, it comes with cooking instructions.

Butchers Tip

Rub the turkey all over with olive oil or melted butter; this helps the turkey brown evenly. Sprinkle the turkey with salt to help crisp the skin. After roasting, let the turkey rest for roughly 20-30 minutes (enough time to make the gravy)

Our Cooking Guidelines

1. Preheat oven to 200C (Gas Mark 6).
2. Roast for 20 minutes at 200C (Gas Mark 6).
3. Reduce oven temperature to 180 C (Gas Mark 4) and continue to roast for:

35 Minutes a kilo

4. Remove the joint from the oven and rest for 20 minutes before carving.

Please Note, the above is only a guide and ovens may vary in temperature.
