Our prime back rindless bacon is renowned for its high quality and exquisite taste. Our back bacon has been dried cured and is perfect if you do not want the rind on.

Butchers Tip

Try adding a little water to the pan for less splattering and a more tender texture! I prefer to cook my bacon on the stove but did you know you can cook bacon in the microwave?
