The pork chop is one the most famous pork cuts. With the bone still in place it means it does not only add extra flavour but helps the chop stay juicy.
Butchers Tip
Remember to let the pork chop come to room temperature (30 – 60 minutes) before you cook it and don’t forget to rest the lamb for about 2-4 minutes before eating.
