This handmade and hand tied sausage contains succulent prime English pork that has been boned from the shoulder to ensure excellent flavour and taste. We have used smoked streaky bacon to enhance the flavour. We have put them in a foil tray, so all you have to do is pop them in the oven. These are a must at Christmas.
Butchers Tip
Remove the sausage from the chiller 20 minutes before cooking. This helps the sausage to cook evenly and prevents the skin from splitting when it is confronted with heat.
