Our tasty chicken legs have been oyster cut. This means the back bone has been removed to make carving and cooking easier.

Butchers Tip

To reduce fat and calories, you can skin the chicken leg. Bake the chicken with the skin on to keep it moist. Cool slightly and pull the skin off, starting at the thigh end
